BUILDING SIMPLIFIED
Patented Cup System
Preinstalled cups are aligned to allow all rebar to slide seamlessly between panels at all levels. Concrete is allowed to flow into every space, leaving zero voids and require no vibrating to achieve complete uniformity. Cups come in various sizes and be joined by proprietary glue to form walls 4 to 36 inches in depth.
Interlocked Corners
The CemWall corner design allows rebar to be easily installed at the desired location within the wall panels before the corner sections are secured in place. The rebar "locks" the corners in place using a patent-pending "candy cane" style. This process secures each adjacent panel and corner section into one continuously reinforced concrete wall.
Seamless Finish
CemWall corner design uses tounge and grove style exterior overlaps to allow for easy access to the cup system. The corner is secured using a proprietary one-part epoxy that doesn't expand, absorb moisture, or breakdown at any point during construction. The small joints are easily filled with a skim coat of sheetrock mud and are then ready for paint, stucco, plaster, or other finishing material.
